A Phlebotomist is someone that is specifically trained to take blood from your Vein.
WHO NEEDS THIS SERVICE ?
Especially if you require a test with lots of biomarkers, it is better to take your sample from a vein. It will guarantee more blood for the lab to be able to test.
If you do need some help taking a venous sample we have a team of trained Phlebotomists that will come to your Home or place of work and take the sample for you.

On Average samples are taken between 2 and 7 working days dependant on location and avalibility. If you are unsure of anything we can ask about costings before you purchase your test.
VENOUS PACK
We will post out to you a Venous pack; it will have all you need to take your sample including instructions of how to take the sample and an envelope to return it to the Lab.
If you are nervous or unsure about anything please contact us and we will do our best to help.
We always recommend taking your sample in the morning and getting to the post office the same day.
POSTAGE
Your kit will have a self-addressed prepaid envelope enclosed, if you are unsure of the level of service in your area we always recommend to upgrade to a guaranteed next day service.
THE LAB
Your blood sample will be analysed at our Trusted partner Laboratory. They are very professional and quick to upload the data; your results should be ready the same day they are tested.
RESULTS
Results will be sent to your bespoke platform, you will receive a notification on email when they are available
